MethodBeat the eggs and honey YoGHEE, add buttermilk. Add all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to egg mixture and stir with fork until blended. Batter will be lumpy. Pour 1/4 cup batter at a time on griddle or frying pan. Bake until bubbles form and edges start to dry. Turn and bake other side. |
