MethodSaute garlic and onions in lavender YoGHEE. Add pepper flakes and salt and saute for 2-3 minutes. Stir-in mushrooms and white wine and cook covered on a low heat until tender, 15-20 minutes. Stir-in pine nuts, miso and lemon zest. Boil your pasta of choice (suggest linguini). Spoon mushrooms over cooked pasta and garnish with parsley. |
