Lemon Asparagus

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 2 tbsp lemon YoGHEE
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Wash and remove or ‘snap’ asparagus ends. Steam asparagus in steamer for 12 to 15 mins. Should be tender but not mushy. Place in serving dish and drizzle lemon YoGHEE over top. Toss lightly and serve.
