Rosemary Roast Potatoes

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups red new potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp YoGhee
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Scrub and cut potatoes if necessary into large dice. Mince Garlic and mix together with YoGHEE and seasonings. Place on parchment lined pan in hot oven. Stir often until browned and cooked through.
