Ordering & Shipping information

Customers can now buy our products online through PayPal, email or fax. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.

Shipping

Prompt and secure delivery is our objective. Each shipment is a priority and therefore tracked electronically to ensure appropriate delivery times. Shipping methods include Canada Post expedited parcel or by courier (ground or air). Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied!

Rasayana Foods will accept returns for a full refund on the original purchase price if returned within two weeks from the shipment date.

In the unlikely event you should receive your order in a less than satisfactory condition, here are some guidelines to help us resolve the issue as expediently as possible -

• Do not sign the bill of lading until you have inspected the shipment.
• If there is evidence of external damage to the packaging, note it on the bill of lading (digital photographs are often useful).
• If there is damage to the internal contents refuse to accept or sign for shipment. (again, digital photographs are useful).
• If damage is noted after receipt of parcel, please notify our company immediately and arrangements will be made.
• All damaged shipments must be returned to Rasayana Foods.
• Rasayana Foods will re-ship your order as soon as possible.
